Frankincense and Myrrh - Are resins hardened sap from trees. In both cases, trees are slashed and allowed to “bleed.” The sap that comes from the trees hardens and forms beads or “tears.” The scent of frankincense is typically described as piney and lemony combined with a sweet, woody aroma. Myrrh has a slightly earthy scent that some say smells like black licorice. Both are often used in religious ceremonies today – just as they were many centuries ago.
These sticks are hand made, hand rolled, hand packed and charged. They have been soaked in Frankincense essential oil, rolled with Frankincense and Myrrh Resins. Burns slow and soft the aroma lingers for a long time.
